Portal ownership
Local Portal Studio owns and manages the portal domain, separate portal brand, website platform, design system, editorial system, portal-owned content, and technical infrastructure unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
Featured-position license
The approved partner receives an exclusive featured position for the agreed specialty and territory during an active, paid partnership in good standing. The position is a limited license, not a transfer of portal ownership.
Fees and initial term
The partner pays the agreed setup/personalization fee and monthly portal lease. The intended initial term is six months, followed by month-to-month continuation under the signed agreement’s notice terms. No pay-per-lead fee applies unless a later written amendment expressly adds one.
Partner responsibilities
The partner is responsible for the accuracy and currency of credentials, licenses, claims, locations, service information, pricing, publication permissions, customer communication, contracts, payments, warranties, and professional service delivery.
Direct contact
The partner’s own phone, booking, email, website, maps, and messaging systems are used. Local Portal Studio does not answer, record, qualify, resell, or administer customer communication.
No guarantees
Rankings, AI citations, traffic, leads, revenue, booking volume, and customer behavior cannot be guaranteed. The partnership covers the agreed deliverables, management, publication, technical work, exclusivity, integrations, and reporting.
End of partnership
After the applicable term and notice period, client-specific profile information and links may be removed. Local Portal Studio retains the portal and may offer the position to another qualified provider.
